According to the organizers, the exhibition will now be called Cityscape Global. Such a step was taken to emphasize the international status of the exhibition, which previously covered only the Middle East region, and attract businessmen from all over the world. Over the next two years, the organizers plan to achieve a 50 to 50 ratio between participants representing the Gulf countries and international companies. “Over the past eight years, Cityscape Dubai has become not only substantially larger, but has also formed an impressive platform for presenting real estate. In 2009, the number of exhibitors from outside the UAE reached 25%. The next Cityscape Global exhibition is scheduled for October 4-7, 2010 at the Dubai International Exhibition Center.
