According to the organizers, the exhibition will now be called Cityscape Global. Such a step was taken to emphasize the international status of the exhibition, which previously covered only the Middle East region, and attract businessmen from all over the world. Over the next two years, the organizers plan to achieve a 50 to 50 ratio between participants representing the Gulf countries and international companies. “Over the past eight years, Cityscape Dubai has become not only substantially larger, but has also formed an impressive platform for presenting real estate. All this time we have been building trustful business relationships with world associations, corporations and real estate partners,” Rohan described the development of the exhibition Marvaha, Managing Director of Cityscape.
In 2009, the number of exhibitors from outside the UAE reached 25%. It is natural that Dubai, as a world-famous business center, with all the necessary infrastructure, good transport accessibility and high quality of the service provided, will continue to be the venue for the exhibition. Equally important, Dubai is open to almost a third of the world's population, and is a link to many of the fastest growing real estate markets in the world. The next Cityscape Global exhibition is scheduled for October 4-7, 2010 at the Dubai International Exhibition Center.
