The Dubai Roads and Transport Committee (RTA) will open in the near future an Internet service that allows you to quickly and efficiently plan your movement from any point "A" to any point "B" inside the city.
The new online service will allow anyone who wants to effectively plan their movement around the city by public transport. It will be enough to enter the point of departure and destination, and the computer will indicate by which means of transport the fastest way to achieve the goal. In particular, the service will issue combined routes, which are accompanied by instructions on the exact time of each transfer. The system can also calculate how much time it takes to reach the destination on foot.
For instructions, just enter the names of the departure and arrival points, based on the name of the stop or nearby city attractions. The base is directly connected to the interactive map of Dubai, with the help of which it will also be possible to indicate the route. Many issues regarding the introduction of this service have not yet been finalized. It can become either part of the RTA portal (www.rta.ae), or a completely separate site. At the moment, the selection of a suitable name for a new type of service is underway.
