Residents of the emirate of Ajman over the age of 60 years can enjoy free parking during the year.
Senior UAE citizens will be able to use parking lots in the emirate of Ajman for free throughout the year. The initiative is timed to the United Nations International Day of Older Persons.
Ajman Municipality has announced that free parking cards will be provided to senior Emirates over the age of 60 at the direction of the head of the municipality and planning department, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi. To receive them, you must present Emirates ID, documents for the car and driver's license.
The free parking permit is valid from October 1 to September 30, 2018. The municipality said the initiative is a way to thank older people for their contributions in the early years of the country.
