Azerbaijani consulate opens in Dubai

UAE Ministry of Labor adopts new resolution

UAE Minister of Labor Ali bin Abdullah Al Qaabi yesterday signed a new circular regulating the relations of employers and foreign workers in the UAE.

The resolution states that all foreign workers, except for certain categories, will have to receive special permission to hire in the Ministry of Labor. In addition to the existing labor legislation, some amendments to the articles regulating the relations of workers and employers were introduced.
