Last Sunday, the UAE approved the National Science Program until 2031.
On the eve of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Ibn Rashid Al Maktoum approved the National Science Program until 2031. The goal of the program is to apply advanced scientific knowledge to solve future problems and support the government in achieving the goals of the UAE National Program until 2021 and the UAE Centennial Plan until 2071.
Together with this document, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Ibn Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, also approved the Strategy for the Development of Advanced Scientific Knowledge until 2021.
"The development of innovation and science in the UAE is the best investment that can be aimed at realizing the goals of the future, as well as a key tool for translating the creative potential of the human mind," Sheikh Mohammed emphasized.
Sheikh also added: "The expansion of the powers of scientists and creative minds in the UAE provides them with the necessary tools and resources for transforming scientific knowledge into practical activities, which allows our country to boldly step into the future, relying on modern technologies and advanced scientific knowledge."
"Scientific knowledge offers a solution to many problems and answers many questions, but all this will not matter without the practical application of intellectual capital."
