The first stone of the new UAE diplomatic mission was officially laid in the capital of Kazakhstan.
The day before, the UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed bin Sultan Al Jaber, took part in laying the foundation stone of the new UAE diplomatic mission in Astana. The ceremony was attended by mission personnel, a military attache and construction contractors.
"The new complex symbolizes the continuation of friendly relations between the UAE and the Republic of Kazakhstan, will contribute to the development of constructive and fruitful cooperation between the two states," said Dr. Mohammed Al Jaber.
The UAE diplomatic mission in the capital of Kazakhstan will occupy an area of 26 thousand square meters. m. The complex is located next to the most famous attractions of Astana. The diplomatic mission will consist of the embassy, consulate, as well as the residence of the head of the diplomatic mission and the hotel. The project emphasizes the rich culture of the UAE, based on the historical heritage of the state, combined with its aspiration for the future.
