Dubai, UAE. A new water transport route - between The Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina Mall - will be launched next week. A new initiative is being implemented by Emaar, one of Dubai’s largest developers, in partnership with the Dubai Roads and Transport Committee.
A water taxi will run along the Persian Gulf and the Dubai Canal, passing by the main attractions of Dubai. Travel time will be 80 minutes - during this time, tourists will have the opportunity to enjoy the emirate from the water.
The cost of one trip will be 68.25 dirhams (US $ 18.6) for adults and 52.5 dirhams (US $ 14.4) - for children from 5 to 12 years.
