Dubai is claiming the title for the fifth time in a row, and this time it has bypassed such attractive destinations as London and Las Vegas, as well as the growing popularity of Cape Town and the Maldives. Among the applicants this year were Ambergris Caye, Jamaica, Malaysia, Marrakesh, New York, Queenstown, Kyoto, Rio de Janeiro, St. Petersburg, Seychelles, Sydney and Yorkshire. The last lucky one before a series of victories in Dubai in 2012 was India.
