Dubai's Department of Education and Human Development has announced a new inclusive education system.

The regulatory framework was developed under the leadership of the Executive Board of Dubai as part of its “Society for Everyone” initiative, together with the Supreme Human Rights Committee. The leading role in the development of inclusive education was assigned to the Department of Education and Human Development of Dubai, the state body worked closely with other government agencies to draft a bill.
